سياسة الإرجاع والتبديل

شكراً لتسوقكم من مؤسسة ابتكار للتجارة العامة.

حرصاً على تقديم أفضل الخدمات لزبائننا الكرام، وضعت مؤسسة ابتكار للتجارة العامة سياسة استرجاع وتبديل البضائع ضمن القوانين والشروط التالية:

يمكن استرجاع البضائع خلال سبع أيام لو تحققت الشروط التالية:

1- غير مستعملة.

2- غير متضررة.

3- مازالت بتغليفها الأصلي.

4- إحضار الفاتورة الأصلية.

 

جدول التوصيل:

يتم إدراج الفاتورة في جدول التوصيل عند سداد كامل المبلغ.

 

التوصيل:

يتم إعلام الزبون عن طريق إرسال رسالة نصية قصيرة أو البريد الالكتروني. في حالة عدم وجود شخص لاستلام البضائع عند التوصيل، يتم ارجاع البضائع للمؤسسة، ويتم فرض رسوم إضافية على حساب الزبون وقدرها 50 درهم. لتوصيل البضائع مرة ثانية الرجاء اخذ العلم بأنه: سيتم احتساب أجور التوصيل التي ستضاف على مبلغ الفاتورة. مؤسسة ابتكار غير مسؤولة عن أي تأخير في موعد التوصيل فيما لو فشل الزبون في إعطاء معلومات صحيحة بخصوص العنوان ومكان التوصيل.

 

الأضرار:

مؤسسة ابتكار للتجارة العامة غير مسؤولة عن أي اضرار تحدث للبضائع بعد استلام الزبون للبضائع بحالة جيدة.

 

الاسترجاع النقدي:

الاسترجاع النقدي للمشتريات يكون خلال سبع أيام عمل.

 

Return, Refund, And Exchange Policy

Dear Patrons,

Thank you for shopping from Ibtikar General Trading.

 

In the interest of providing you with the best customer services, Ibtikar General Trading have put the following return, refund and exchange terms and conditions in place.

 

Return:

Ibtikar General Trading has a 7 days’ refund and or exchange policy subject to the terms being:

  1. Unused.

  2. Undamaged.

  3. In its original packaging.

  4. With original receipt upon time of refund or exchange.

 

Scheduling:

Ibtikar General Trading will schedule deliveries upon receipt of full payment.

 

Delivery:

Ibtikar General Trading will communicate a clear date of delivery to its customer via SMS, email and telephone. In the event the no one is available to accept the item(s), the item(s)will be returned to Ibtikar General Trading and the customer will bear additional charges of AED 50. For the second delivery attempt additional delivery charges will be added to the total cost. Additionally, any misinformation on the part of the customer regarding address and location that add delays in the delivery will be at no fault to Ibtikar General Trading.

 

Damages:

Ibtikar General Trading will not accept any responsibility for any claims of damages once items have been delivered in good condition.

 

Refunds:

Refunds may take up to 7 working days.
